Montessori Child Care Excellence
For more than 30 years, Children’s Manor & Magnet Montessori Schools have provided exceptional Montessori preschool and early childhood education programs designed to help children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Serving families throughout Baltimore County, Howard County, Harford County, Montgomery County, and surrounding Maryland communities, our schools offer a comprehensive Montessori curriculum guided by the educational philosophy of Dr. Maria Montessori. Through hands-on, child-centered learning experiences, we foster independence, curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking while empowering children to develop confidence, a love of learning, and the skills needed for future academic success.

Our Programs
We offer a range of full-and-partial day child care and early childhood educational programs, starting with infant daycare and preschool, then continuing through kindergarten and elementary school. Our Montessori approach blends academic rigor with a nurturing environment, supporting each individual child’s cognitive, social, and emotional development.
CMMS is proud to be part of the Maryland EXCELS Program through the Maryland State Department of Education and is committed to providing high-quality education and care. To help support families in making child care more affordable, we accept the Child Care Scholarship (CCS) and participate in programs for military families, including Military Child Care in Your Neighborhood (MCCYN) and Child Care Aware of America (CCA).
